Our kitchen team crafted a food offering that perfectly matched the couple’s vision—fun, relaxed, and, of course, delicious.

“Baked Akaroa salmon with a fennel, lemon and herb butter sauce – garlic and thyme roasted ribeye with salsa verde, rocket and parmesan, roasted new potatoes with rosemary and truffle salt, courgette and pea salad with lemon and labneh, roasted pumpkin salad with charred peppers, almonds and basil, cumin roasted eggplant with green beans, peppers, mint and caramelised onion.”

As the night went on, the party vibes kicked in! With a DJ setting the mood, our front area transformed into a lively dance floor, making the most of our seamless indoor-outdoor flow. It was an unforgettable evening, and we were thrilled to be part of it!
